We couldn't go to Dublin without a visit to the Guinness Brewery! I love a good dark beer, and Guinness is one of my favorites. One of the hardest, but best parts, is watching it settle into each layer. A blend of creamy ecru, light tan, into dark chocolatey almost purple brown, and just slight hints of amber when the sun hits the glass just right.
